To register a project send the following to our office:
Submit all required plans and forms in PDF format. You must include correct email address for yourself and owner as required. Submittal will be considered incomplete and will not be processed without all PDF submittals and email addresses.
- One full set of plans. One full set of Construction Documents. If marked “For Bid Only” or “Not for Construction” they will not be accepted.
 - Project registration form completely filled out for sections pertaining to your project:
- CAD Number – must be for property not person or business.
 - Copy of real or commercial property records from County Appraisal District.
 - If Limited Liability Ownership (LLO) then LLO form must be provided. (LLC, LLP, LP).
 - TDLR now requires a copy of the Texas Secretary of State (SOS) record OR Article of Formation when property owner is LLC, LLP, LP.
 
 - Pay for Review and/or Filing Fee. Review and/or Filing fee must be included. Pay filing fee if Design Access is registering project with TDLR (includes state fee). Inspection fees may be included but are are due prior to Inspection. You can pay with:
- Check. Make checks payable to Design Access, LLC., then mail the check to our office at 470 Orleans, Ste 900, Beaumont, TX 77701
 - Credit/Debit Card. Credit and debit cards can be securely processed by clicking here.
 
 - Owner/agent form – if applicable.
 - Proof of Submission form – if you are a licensed design professional. (download). Note: submit directly to TDLR.
 
By law items 1, 2, and 3 are required before a submittal is complete and for review/registration to proceed.
For reviews or inspections that include any of the following call our office for pricing.
- Inspections more than 30 miles from our office.
 - Late registration (construction complete).
 - Expedited Review or Inspection.
 - Resubmittals.

To insure that Design Access does your inspection, the inspection fee must be paid at time of Project Registration and a signed Request for Inspection form must be in our file.
